When I asked Jeb to be my realtor he jumped right in. He gave me very good advice and proof on what to list my property for. Even got his team lead to see what he thought on what to post the property for. We got offers in the beginning and I went with the best off. After the inspection of my property the buyer backed out even though nothing big was found. He advised me that happens when some buyers don’t realize what they are really buying. About two more weeks after the property was back on the market. He advised me to lower the asking price just a bit to see if others would bite. And shortly after we got one that stuck. These buyers tried to low ball and ask for me to pay a lot. But with Jeb’s advice we got asking price with only paying their closing cost and I didn’t have to do any repairs. Overall I felt that I got a good deal. When we went into contract. He would let me know from time to time how the closing was going. We did have to push our closing a week, which was all the buyers doing. Overall Jeb did a great job!!! -

This knowledge becomes the backbone of his approach to houses you want to tour, questions that you don't even know you have, and how you should approach negotiations when you get to that point. He is the one-stop-shop kind of guy who makes it his mission to take as much stress out of purchasing a house as possible. He knows a guy for every part of the process and makes it where you get to do the fun part and leave the rest to him and his team. As someone who always doubts when things become too easy, I was never able to trip him or his team up with my constant worrying and questions. He always put me at ease and helped me see past the curtain to get my calm when I needed it. Awesome team and I cannot recommend them enough. There is a weight in my heart knowing that my next move with the military won't go as smoothly because there is no way i find another house-buying partner like Jeremy and his team. -
